Customer Service Agent – No Phone (Fully Remote)

We are currently seeking individuals to join our Customer Experience team as Customer Experience Representatives. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing and Operations teams to deliver exceptional support through online communication platforms such as Facebook Messenger.

Role:

  • Position: Customer Experience Representative.
  • Rate: $35 per hour.
  • Location: Fully Remote (United States preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat messages on business websites and social media platforms.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills.
