Customer Support Agent – Live Chat (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to our users through various online communication platforms. In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries and resolve issues using email, chat, and phone, focusing primarily on chat interfaces like Facebook Messenger.

As a live chat assistant, you will be compensated for handling live chat interactions on business websites or social media platforms. Your tasks will include responding to customer queries, providing links for sales, and offering promotional discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Fully remote work, available to candidates across the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • This position is suitable for beginners; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • No previous experience with paid live chat work is necessary.
