We are seeking individuals to fill the role of Chat Support Representative, offering customer service and technical support through live chat. You will handle customer inquiries and solve technical issues following specific program guidelines. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Roles: Provide customer support and technical assistance through live chat, managing inquiries and resolving issues based on specific guidelines.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: Remote work available online, with preference for candidates in the United States.
Requirements:
- A device capable of accessing social media and website chat features (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in following detailed instructions.
- Available for at least 5+ hours per week.
- A stable internet connection.
Contract Length: No fixed term.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
