Key Responsibilities:
- Handle live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
- Log in to our chat system at the start of your shift and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Log out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
Position Details:
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Requirements: Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week. A reliable internet connection is a must.
