Junior Customer Success Assistant (Entry Level / No Experience Required)

Roles:

  • As a live chat assistant, you’ll handle customer inquiries and support via chat on a company’s website.
  • You’ll manage tasks such as processing orders and returns, handling quality and service claims, and performing data entry for sales orders.
  • Choose your working hours and log in to start responding to customer questions; log out at the end of your shift and receive daily payment.

Rate: $35 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of using social media and accessing website chat functions (such as a Phone, Tablet, or Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and diligently without direct supervision.
  • Capable of following detailed instructions closely.
  • Must be able to dedicate at least 5 hours per week.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection.

Hours and Location:

  • Flexible hours between 5 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fully remote, ideal for candidates from the United States, though open worldwide.
