What you will be doing:
- Managing live chat inquiries on a business’s website.
- Handling questions regarding discount codes, refund policies, and other customer queries with a ready-to-use knowledge base and supportive supervision for more complex issues.

Contract Length: Open, with no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to multitask and follow detailed instructions.
- Must have at least 20+ hours of availability per week.
- Must have a reliable internet connection.
Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours
Location: Fully remote; candidates from the United States are preferred.
