You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering discounts, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat messages promptly, addressing customer questions and needs.
  • Provide customers with relevant sales links and exclusive discounts.
  • Utilize critical thinking and technical skills to guide customers to the best solutions.
  • Work independently while closely following provided steps and instructions.
  • No fixed-term contract, giving you the flexibility to work on your terms.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with access to social media and website chat functions.
  • Ability to work independently, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following instructions.
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
