What You Will Be Doing:
- Handle incoming customer support questions through live chat on business websites and social media accounts.
- Address both support and sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely.
- Must have at least 10 hours of availability per week.
- Reliable internet connection.
Hours Per Week: 10+ hours
Location: Fully remote; candidates from the United States are preferred.
