Technical Support Specialist – Live Chat (Remote / No Phone Required)

We are seeking Technical Support Specialists who are committed to redefining customer service excellence. This role doesn’t simply involve responding to queries; it’s about understanding the customer’s needs, exploring challenges, and delivering innovative solutions.

Roles: You will be a key player in our technical team, using live chat to assist customers with their technical issues, guide them through solutions, and provide detailed support for a variety of inquiries.

Contract Details:

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Contract Length: Open-ended for maximum flexibility

Responsibilities:

  • Provide live chat support to address technical queries from both existing and potential customers.
  • Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Device Access: Must have access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Independence: Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
  • Internet: Reliable internet connection required.
  • Availability: Minimum of 10 hours per week.

Location:

  • This position is fully remote, ideal for candidates looking for flexible work arrangements. While open to global applicants, preference is given to candidates in the United States.
