We are seeking a proactive and community-oriented Chat Support Representative for a temporary, remote role during the holiday season. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers efficiently and accurately by providing information on products and shipping, and resolving any queries they might have.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat on business websites and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information on products and shipping.
- Resolve issues ranging from support for existing customers to handling inquiries from potential new customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Rate:
- $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Must have access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) that supports social media and website chat functions.
- Capable of working independently and following detailed instructions.
- Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week.
- Reliable internet connection.
Location:
- Fully remote position, open to candidates across the United States.
